My healing journey began unexpectedly in 2021 —
through shadow work, somatics, and intuitive practice.
At the time, I lived in overwhelm.
I overthought everything.
My nervous system felt constantly on edge, and freeze was familiar.
Emotions felt either too much —
or completely out of reach.
As I began working with the body, something changed.
I didn’t just name emotions — I learned how to feel them safely.
It wasn’t linear.
There were setbacks, doubt, and discomfort.
But slowly, I learned how to sit with sadness, anger, and fear
without shutting down or spiraling.
I learned how to respond instead of react.
How to soften inward.
How to feel safe in my body again.
Now, I trust myself.
I can hold my own experience with presence and care —
and that has changed everything.
Today, I guide others through the same spiral path of healing.
My work weaves somatic practice, intuitive guidance,
and elemental wisdom into gentle, sacred containers
where you can come home to yourself.
I don’t believe in pushing through.
I believe in listening.
